The Professional Leadership Coach Training Program
The Modern Goddess, in association with Cynthia Calluori & Associates and the Forton Group, is pleased to offer the ICF Accredited Professional Leadership Coaching Program to our clients directly and through public seminars.
We train motivated and talented leaders to be more coach-like in their leadership and managers to become coaches; fully capable of coaching others to enhance their performance, build their career, and, most importantly, deliver on their leadership potential.
The Four Modules
This internationally-accredited, leadership coach training program is a systematic grounding in the principles, skills and ethics of leadership coaching.
- Module One: Ignite Leadership Coaching
- Module Two: Developing Leadership Coaching
- Module Three: Advanced Leadership Coaching
- Module Four: The Coach’s Journey – Professional Leadership Coaching
Each provides professional coach training which meets and exceeds the International Coach Federation’s Professional Certified Coach (PCC) training requirements.
